I'm Daniel Adeleye — 18 years old, student at FUTA, self-taught developer, building Africa's security company from Akure, Nigeria.
My father passed away when I was 14. Before that, our family was stable. After, it wasn't. I don't tell this story for sympathy. I tell it because it taught me that circumstances don't determine outcomes. You do.
I live here. I use the same slow internet, the same mobile money apps, the same platforms that get breached. I understand the threats African users face because I face them too. I'm not building this from across the Atlantic. I'm building it from the inside.
I started Tirenify with zero capital. I'm still building it with zero capital. 78 people have used it. It works. Capital doesn't create the mission — it accelerates it. I'm building regardless. The question is how fast.
